Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the A11yProof service operated by Talivio Technology OÜ ("Talivio", "we"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

A11yProof runs automated accessibility checks (based on the axe-core engine) against web pages you submit and reports the findings. It is a testing tool, not a certification body.

2. No compliance guarantee

Automated testing detects only a portion of accessibility issues — roughly 30–40% of WCAG success criteria. A clean scan does not mean a page is fully conformant or legally compliant. Full conformance requires manual review and assistive-technology testing. A11yProof results do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of conformance with WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, or any other standard or law.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to scan pages in a way that violates applicable law or the target's terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to build a competing scanning product.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talivio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on scan results.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Talivio Technology OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia (Reg. 16991406).
